Why do people love FITJEANS jeans?
The reason we exist is fit. Our jeans are:
- Sized by your waist, with no waist gap. On low waisted styles we size by your hip instead.
- Made from super stretchy, form-flattering denim that follows your hips and thighs.
- Available in Petite, Regular and Tall on selected colours of Flared, Baggy and Contour, so you don't have to hem.
- Built for real bodies, including curvy, petite, tall and muscular shapes. Gym girls have been our biggest fans since day one.
Our current fits are Flared, Baggy, Contour, 360, Capri, Bare and Raw Waist, plus Pastel colours, shorts, jorts and skirts. Our Straight Leg style is discontinued. If you're looking for a straight jean, try Flared, Baggy, Contour or 360.
What do people get wrong when ordering?
Most problems with any jeans brand come down to size. A few things that help:
- Measure, don't guess. Use a soft tape and our size guide hub. Size high and mid waisted styles by your waist, and low waisted styles by your hip.
- Measure your length the right way. From the crotch to the heel for flared and baggy styles, and to the ankle bone for skinny styles.
- Between sizes? Size up in black, because black fabric is always stiffer, and size down in the lightest washes. Pastel is different, so check the Pastel size guide or email help@fitjeans.com.
- Expect a snug waistband. We make it a little snug on purpose so it doesn't slide down.
- Try them on before you wash them. Washed jeans can't be returned.

How do FITJEANS returns work?
If your jeans don't fit, you can send them back.

A return label fee may be deducted from your refund, depending on your country. Our refund policy has the details, and you can start a return on our returns page. Refunds go back to your original payment method. During sales periods, returns can take a little longer to process.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Mistakes happen with any online shop. This is how we handle them:
- A faulty item: email help@fitjeans.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll offer a replacement or a refund. If it's our quality fault, a full refund includes the original shipping.
- The wrong item: we send you a free return label, then reship the right item or refund you.
- Wrong size: return it within 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, and order the size you need.
- Past 30 days: we can't accept a return, but our team is happy to help with fit or length questions.
