Not 100% satisfied with your FITJEANS purchase? We accept returns on products that meet our return conditions:
- The return deadline is 14 days from the time you receive your order.
- You are responsible for the return cost.
- The item should be returned in its original condition, that means in the same packaging, with all labels hanging on, without odors, stains, marks or hairs.
- Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost.
- You are responsible for the contents of the package until we receive it.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
- FITJEANS is not responsible for packages that are detained at customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. Incomplete returns will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
Refunds occur the same day we process your return and send you a confirmation email. This may take up to 5-15 business days from the return date.
The full amount of the returned products is refunded to the account that paid for the order. The amount will be visible in your bank account 1-5 business days after the refund has been completed.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Our Express return service below is $20, which is less than the cost we receive directly from DHL. This will be deducted from your refund.

After filling out this formula we’ll send you a DHL Express return label together with a completed customs declaration.
Your return will arrive to us within 1-3 working days and you will be able to trace the parcel all the way back to us.
SELF SERVICE RETURNS:
You can return your parcel using any local postal service of your choice. You'll need to cover the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself.
If you wish to return your order on your own, follow our guide below:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us what you want to return and to receive a filled out proforma returns invoice for your customs declaration so you avoid customs on your return.
2. Receive documents form us and ship with preferred postal service.
Pop your returns note (Download Returns Form Here) in the parcel with your order number and which items you're returning.
It's a good idea to:
Mark your parcel as 'returned goods' and include original DHL tracking number
Getting insurance for the value of the items you are returning,
Obtain proof of postage.
3. Arrival at FITJEANS Warehouse
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s),
RECLAIM / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:
If we have incorrectly packed or sent you damaged item, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you.
If you want to change the color / size of a product, it is easiest to place a new order on the desired product and return the product you have already received.
