    FITJEANS was founded in 2018 over the frustration of not finding the clothing that we and our friends wanted in any store. Almost all clothes, especially jeans, were uncomfortable with a generic fit - we wanted to change that and so FITJEANS was created. All our products are designed in Scandinavia and produced in Europe.Story

    Returns Policy

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    • Not 100% satisfied with your recent FITJEANS order? We are happy to accept returns and refund on products that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use our automated returns form below.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Our Express return service below is $20, a fee we receive directly from DHL, and will be deducted from your refund.

    • After filling out this formula we’ll send you a DHL Express return label together with a completed customs declaration.
    • Your return will arrive to us within 1-3 working days and you will be able to trace the parcel all the way back to us. 

    HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    • We do not offer product exchanges. The best way is to place a new order on the desired products and returning the item you’ve received.

    RETURNING FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

    SELF SERVICE RETURNS:

    If you wish to return your order on your own, follow our guide below.

    1. MAKE A WAYBILL (Remember to include original tracking number that you received on your order to avoid customs. Customs use this as reference)
    You can return your parcel using any local postal service of your choice. You'll need to cover the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.

    It's a good idea to:

    - Mark your parcel as 'returned goods' and "RMA"

    - Getting insurance for the value of the items you are returning,

    - Obtain proof of postage.

    Contact us at help@fitjeans.com for a filled out proforma returns invoice for your customs declaration so you avoid customs on your return. 

    In addition to the copy inserted in the parcel please fill in 2 additional copies of the Proforma Invoice and give them to the courier as they are required for customs clearance.

    FITJEANS will not be held responsible for packages that are detained at customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. Incomplete returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.

    2. ADD YOUR RETURNS FORM
    Pop your returns note (Download Returns Form Here) in the parcel with your order number and which items you're returning.

    3. PROOF OF POSTAGE
    Get the receipt for your shipment. The proof of postage is for your security so if your return gets lost on the way, you will have proof that you have sent it.

    4. WAIT 
    It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in Sweden, depending on your location and which postal service you use. 

    5. WE GOT IT!
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days. You can also choose a store credit instead of a refund.

    RETURN TERMS

    • All sale items will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. 
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when they arrived, which means in the original bag, unworn, unwashed and with all product tags attached. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
    • If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.
    • If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
    • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your products back to your original payment method.
    • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
    • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
    • You are responsible of covering the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself. It's a good idea to mark your parcel as 'returned goods' and "RMA" to avoid being charged any duties. 
    • We are not responsible for any products that are returned to us by mistake.
    • Returns usually take up to 21 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or via gift card, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
    • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. Accepted refunds requested after 14 days of receiving your order can only be refunded as store credit / gift card.
