    RETURNS POLICY

    Not 100% satisfied with your FITJEANS purchase? We accept returns that meet our return policy:

    The return deadline is 14 days from the time you receive your order. You have to inform us via the digital return form within this deadline. 

    During Covid-19 times we have extended this deadline to 30 days.

    • You are responsible for the return cost. 
    • The item should be returned in its original condition, that means with the label hanging on, without odours, stains, marks or hairs etc. 
    • Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost. 
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.

    It's a good idea to:

    • Get insurance for the value of the items you are returning.
    • Obtain proof of postage.

    HOW TO RETURN

    Please follow these easy steps to return:

    Complete this return form: Available here 

    Mark your parcel as 'returned goods' and include the original DHL tracking number. Place your order confirmation paper in the parcel with your order, if you still have it. If you are returning on your own from countries outside the EU, please make sure to get customs papers / proforma from us. You will receive this when your return request is processed.

      DHL Express Return Label:
      If you would like to purchase a trackable express return slip from us at cost price from DHL, please email us at help@fitjeans.com and the fee of €15 will be deducted from your return.   

      Swedish Customers - PostNord Return Label:
      If you would like to purchase a return slip from us at cost price from PostNord, please email us at help@fitjeans.com and the amount of €5,95 will be deducted from your return.  

      KLARNA INVOICE PURCHASES

      If you have selected Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can log in to Klarna and tell them about your return, and the invoice will be paused until everything is arranged. 

      RECLAIM / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:

      If we have incorrectly packed or sent you damaged item, please email us at help@fitjeans.com and we will help you. 

      EXCHANGES: 

      If you want to change the colour / size of a product, you have to place a new order on the desired product and return the product you have already received.

      ONCE THE ORDER ARRIVES OUR WAREHOUSE

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds occur the same day we process your return.

      The full amount of the returned products is refunded to the account that paid for the order. The amount will be visible in your bank account 1-5 business days after the refund has been completed.
