HOW TO RETURN

Please complete this digital return form. You will receive further instructions as soon as your request has been reviewed. 

We ship all returns fully insured and trackable with DHL Express. The return label cost is €6,95 and will be deducted from the refund. 

RETURNS DURING SALES
Due to the high amount of orders during the sale, we're currently delayed with handling the returns - it might take up to seven business days from the time your parcel arrived at the warehouse until we process the return. We do our best to handle everything as soon as we can, we appreciate your understanding <3 

I PURCHASED DURING THE SALE AND WANT TO EXCHANGE 
If you bought a product during the sale and want to exchange it, we're able to offer you the same discounted price, even once the sale is over. In this case, please reach out to us at help@fitjeans.com and we'll help you out.

KLARNA INVOICE PURCHASES
If you have selected Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can log in to Klarna and tell them about your return, and the invoice will be paused until everything is arranged. 

RETURNS POLICY

Not 100% satisfied with your FITJEANS purchase? We accept returns that meet our return policy:

  • You are responsible for the return cost.
  • Our return deadline is 30 days from the time you receive your order. You must also inform us via the digital return form within this deadline.
  • The item should be returned in its original condition, that means with the label hanging on, without odors, stains, marks or hairs, etc. 
  • Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.

It's a good idea to obtain proof of postage.

RECLAIM / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT

If we have incorrectly packed or sent you a damaged item, please email us at help@fitjeans.com and we will help you. 

EXCHANGES

If you want to change the color/size of a product, you have to place a new order for the desired product and return the product you have already received.

ONCE THE ORDER ARRIVES OUR WAREHOUSE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds occur the same day we process your return. It currently may take up to 7 working days until your return has been processed after it has arrived at the warehouse. 

The total amount of the returned products is refunded to the account that paid for the order. The amount will be visible in your bank account 1-5 business days after the refund has been completed.
