    FITJEANS was founded in 2018 over the frustration of not finding the clothing that we and our friends wanted in any store. Almost all clothes, especially jeans, were uncomfortable with a generic fit - we wanted to change that and so FITJEANS was created. All our products are designed in Scandinavia and produced in Europe.Story

    How do I make a return?

     

    EUROPE RETURNS

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    1. Fill in our digital return form: RETURN FORM

    2. Please place your order confirmation sheet inside the parcel, if you still have it.

    3. Send your return back to us with your preferred postal service to the address below:

    If you would like to purchase a trackable express return slip from us at cost price from DHL, please email us at support@fitjeans.com, and the amount (€15) will be deducted from your return.  

    KLARNA INVOICE PURCHASES

    If you have selected Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can log in to Klarna and tell them about your return, and the invoice will be paused until everything is arranged. 

    RECLAIM / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:

    If we have incorrectly packed or sent you damaged item, please email us at support@fitjeans.com and we will help you.

    EXCHANGES: 

    If you want to change the color / size of a product, it is easiest to place a new order on the desired product and return the product you have already received.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    Our Express return service below is $20, which is less than the cost we receive directly from DHL. This will be deducted from your refund.

    After filling out this formula we’ll send you a DHL Express return label together with a completed customs declaration.

    Your return will arrive to us within 1-3 working days and you will be able to trace the parcel all the way back to us. 

    RECLAIM / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:

    If we have incorrectly packed or sent you damaged item, please email us at help@fitjeans.com and we will help you.

    EXCHANGES:

    If you want to change the color / size of a product, it is easiest to place a new order on the desired product and return the product you have already received.

    SELF SERVICE RETURNS:

    You can return your parcel using any local postal service of your choice. You'll need to cover the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself.

    If you wish to return your order on your own, follow our guide below:

    1. Contact us at help@fitjeans.com to notify us what you want to return and to receive a filled out proforma returns invoice for your customs declaration so you avoid customs on your return. 

    2. Receive documents from us and ship with preferred postal service. Please place your order confirmation paper in the parcel with your order, if you still have it. 

    It's a good idea to:

    - Mark your parcel as 'returned goods' and include original DHL tracking number

    - Getting insurance for the value of the items you are returning,

    - Obtain proof of postage.

    3. Arrival at FITJEANS Warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s),

    NORWEGIAN RETURNS

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    All Norwegian orders have free returns within 14 days after you received your order. After using the return form we will send you your pre-paid return slip.

    For orders placed after 9th of march 2020 please use this form: RETURN FORM

    2. Please place your order confirmation sheet inside the parcel, if you still have it.

    3. Send your return back to us with your preferred postal service to the address below:
