Surprise! Our casual sale starts on the 28th August at 18h CEST. Here are the answers to your most asked questions. If your question hasn’t been answered here, you can always reach out to us via DM @fitjeans or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the higher volume of emails we receive during sales periods, we do our best to reply within 48 hours. We work from 09h-17h CEST from Monday - Friday. Please only send one email at a time, otherwise, your email will jump back into the queue, and it will take longer for us to reply to it.
HOW LONG WILL THE SALE LAST & WHAT’S THE DISCOUNT?
The sale ends on the 11th of September, at 23:59 CEST. It’s 20% off storewide and the discount can be combined with others.
WILL THERE BE A SHIPPING DELAY?
It may take up to 3 business days to dispatch your new fav jeans, due to the high volume of orders. We will try our best to ship everything as soon as possible.
WHAT’S MY FITJEANS SIZE?
Our jeans are super stretchy and true to size; however, we kept the waistband a bit tighter than the rest of the jeans, so they sit properly and don't slide down. We always recommend to size according to the waist (measured at the most narrow point). We’ve got different size guides for each collection here.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COLLECTIONS?
Each collection has a different fabric. We have a separate page on our website where we compare all of our jeans to each other, check it out here. The inseam of the jeans differs across collections, so please make sure to check this out as well. If you have longer legs and are looking for skinny jeans, we always recommend the 360 collection though.
THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT
If a product or size you want is sold out, you can always get a discounted gift card (you will receive a new gift card with the full amount after the sale), so you can get the discount once the sale is over.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH GIFT CARDS?
Gift Cards can be bought at a 20% discount during the sale, and can be used for the time after the sale is over. Discounted Gift Cards bought during the sale, can't be used during the sale period. You will get an email with the updated full value shortly after the sale has ended.
I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes because of the extreme order volume. This includes order details, like changing sizes or colors, adding products, and altering your shipping address.
We’re unable to cancel orders because of the high pace in our distribution center due to the large number of orders. Please make sure you double-check your order information when you are placing your order.
You should be able to change your address using the DHL Express self-service options once your order has been dispatched.
I CAN’T FIND A PRODUCT I SAW ON INSTAGRAM
In order to avoid frustration, we hide completely out-of-stock products from the website. DM us @fitjeans for the latest restock schedule. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on IG to always be up to date on our restocks and new launches.
WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING THE SALE?
Yes, we will try to restock during the sale, we’ll keep you up to date on our socials and on our newsletter. If a product you want is sold out and won’t be restocked during the sale, you can always get a gift card (see “what's the deal with gift cards”)
ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?
Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve the jeans - only once the payment has been confirmed
HOW DO I CHECKOUT WITH KLARNA?
To checkout with Klarna, you have to select your local currency. If Klarna does not pop up as an option at the checkout, it's unfortunately not available in your location yet.
You can change the currency on the bottom of the webpage.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER, BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN.

If you're quick you may experience a delay in receiving your order confirmation email.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, and weren't redirected to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If a payment has been taken, please contact us.
I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS
If you've been re-directed to the order confirmation screen, we have received your purchase. Please take a screenshot of the order confirmation screen if you can and contact us with the image and the correct email.
I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Yes, all orders currently have a 30-day returns period. Please note that we are not able to offer manual exchanges - you can return the items with our traceable and reliable DHL Express label for EUR 6.95. Apart from the environmental impact of free returns, we’re not able to offer free returns (yet), since free returns are never free returns for a company - it usually costs way more to return items (especially from overseas) but we cover the difference for you. If you’re unsure about your size please send us a message so we can help to find the perfect fit for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE?
The easiest and fastest way is to place a new order and return the one you would like to exchange. We will refund you as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse. Use the following digital returns form to register your return here.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
