Black Friday Sale Terms & FAQ

IMPORTANT: Due to the higher volume of emails we receive during sales periods, we do our best to reply within 48 hours. We work from 09h-17h CET from Monday - Friday. Please only send one email at a time, otherwise, your email will jump back into the queue, and it will take longer for us to reply to it.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Yes, all orders can be returned until the 8th of January 2024. Please note that we are not able to offer manual exchanges - you can return the items with our traceable and reliable DHL Express label for EUR 6.95. The amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Apart from the environmental impact of free returns, we’re not able to offer free returns (yet), since free returns are never free returns for a company - it usually costs way more to return items (especially from overseas) but we cover the difference for you. If you’re unsure about your size please send us a message so we can help to find the perfect fit for you. 

HOW DO I RETURN?

CAN I EXCHANGE?
The easiest and fastest way is to place a new order and return the one you would like to exchange. We will refund you as soon as the return has been handled at our warehouse. Use the following digital returns form to register your return here. If you have ordered during the sale, we will honor the sales price even if the sale is already over at the time of the exchange. In that case, please reach out to us at help@fitjeans.com

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
During the sale there will be a delay in handling the returns. We appreciate your patience with this - the team works hard to get everything done as soon as they can <3 

I BOUGHT A GIFT CARD DURING THE SALE, HOW DO I GET THE FULL VALUE?
If you've purchased a gift card during the sale, you should have received an email with an updated, new gift card. The gift card you bought during the sale is deactivated.
