WHEN DOES THE SALE START AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
The sale starts 15th of May, at 18:00 CET, and ends 29th of May, at 23:59 CET.

WHAT'S THE DISCOUNT?
We will offer 20% off store-wide. Selected products can be discounted higher.
It is possible to combine discount codes with the sale offer (except the Birthday and Welcome Back codes).
It is not possible to buy discounted gift cards and use them during the sale. Gift cards being purchased under the sale will be able to use after the sale period has ended.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
Our jeans are super stretchy and true to size; however, we kept the waistband a bit tighter than the rest of the jeans, so they sit properly and don't slide down. Therefore we always recommend to size according to the waist (measured at the most narrow point). All measurements can be found here.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COLLECTIONS?

I RECENTLY ORDERED, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?
We cannot provide discounts on any orders placed before or after the sale. This would be unfair to everyone else who waits and risks that the product they want goes out of stock. We announce our sales (17th of May & Black Friday) throughout the year on all channels.

I CAN’T FIND A PRODUCT I SAW ON INSTAGRAM
In order to avoid frustration, we hide completely out of stock products from the website. DM us @fitjeans for the latest restock schedule. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on IG to always be up to date on our restocks and new launches.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH GIFT CARDS?
Gift Cards can be bought at a 20% discount during the sale, and can be used for the time after the sale is over.
Discounted Gift Cards bought during the sale, can't be used during the sale period.

WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING THE SALE?
Yes, we will try to restock during the sale. We have shipments on the way and hope they arrive before the sale ends.

ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING DELAY?
It may take up to 5 days to dispatch your best jeans ever, due to the high volume of orders. We will try our best to ship everything as soon as possible.
In addition, your delivery might be delayed further by COVID-19.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT WITH KLARNA?
To checkout with Klarna, you have to select your local currency. If Klarna does not pop up as an option at the checkout, it's unfortunately not available in your location yet.
You can change the currency on the bottom of the webpage.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER, BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN.
Please keep a close eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email.
If you're quick you may experience a delay in receiving your order confirmation email.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, and weren't redirected to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If a payment has been taken, please contact us.

I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS
If you've been re-directed to the order confirmation screen, we have received your purchase. Please take a screenshot of the order confirmation screen if you can for peace of mind and contact us with the image and the correct email.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes because of the extreme order volume. This includes order details, like changing sizes or colors, adding products, and also altering your shipping address.
We’re unable to cancel orders because of the high pace in our distribution center due to the large number of orders. Please make sure you double-check your order information when you are placing your order.
You should be able to change your address using the DHL Express self-service options once your order has been dispatched.

I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Yes, all orders currently have a 30 day returns period.
Please note that we are not able to offer manual exchanges.

HOW DO I RETURN?

CAN I EXCHANGE?
The easiest and fastest way is to place a new order and return the one you would like to exchange. We will refund you as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse. Use the following digital returns form to register your return here.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We will be delayed with handling returns during the sale. No returns will be processed during the sale period.
